This add-on is for adding a name, number, or name + number to a custom shirt, long sleeve shirt, hoodie, or bulk order. Select the detail type and placement before checkout.

Please enter the exact name, number, spelling, and placement details in the notes section at checkout. Boujee Dezigns will copy spelling exactly as submitted unless otherwise discussed.

This add-on must be purchased with a custom apparel order. Add-ons purchased alone may be canceled.
